ATIEPIE Property Management PLC is a property management company in Ethiopia. Our services include tenant management, rent collection, promotional activity, handling routines and scheduled maintenance for electrical, mechanical and electronics equipment, etc depending on the nature of the property, buying and selling properties, brokerage service for selling and buying of properties, leasing buildings, warehouses, exhibition centers, as well as renting and managing them, leasing open lands and developing, renting and managing, providing property valuation and appraisal services, preparing property leasing price, advisory service on property management, providing well-trained manpower for the property management industry service, developing recreational centers and parks and providing management service, and conducting related business activities. The word ‘ATIEPIE’ is driven from one of Ethiopia's domestic languages ‘Guragigna’ and it holds the meaning “let us work together” or “let us grow together”. ATIEPIE, therefore, wants to work together with property owners through managing their properties professionally in a way that meets their objectives and also benefits from the improvements obtained thereafter. By doing so, ATIEPIE earns a certain percentage of the property’s rent income as a management fee, and commission fee for getting tenants as well as other fees collected for providing some special services. To meet the owners' objectives, ATIEPIE works professionally to score results by increasing income generated from the property, and by reducing the costs of running the property and enhancing the efficiency of managing the property.
